Banquet Facilities and Information Guide

Miguel’s is committed to “Personalize” and “Customize” your event to meet your needs. The following are Miguel’s standard policies for banquets:

Banquets of 29 or Less

1. A choice of up to six (6) menu items. Miguel’s will print a “Personalized” menu for the event.
2. A $50.00 deposit is required and due at the time of booking. A 48 hour notice of cancellation is required for reimbursement of the deposit.
3. Two (2) hour time limit.
4. You will be contacted to finalize a menu and complete a banquet contract.
5. We do not package food to go if all party members do not show!
6. You will have 48 hours advance notice of an exact guaranteed headcount.

Banquets of 30 or More

1. Create a “one item” specialized menu.
2. A 50% deposit of the banquet amount is required and due at the time of booking. A 48 hour notice of cancellation is required for reimbursement of the deposit.
3. An 18% gratuity and 7.75% sales tax will be included in the banquet amount.
4. Two (2) hour time limit.
5. You will be contacted to finalize a menu and complete a banquet contract.

Private Banquets

1. The minimum guarantee is 30 guests plus 18% gratuity and 7.75% sales tax. Your guaranteed number of guests is due two (2) business days prior to your function date. Maximum room capacity is 42 guests.
2. If the banquet is less than the minimum guests, there may be a service charge for a private banquet.
3. Two (2) hour time limit.
4. A 50% deposit of the banquet amount is required and is due at the time of booking. A 48 hour notice of cancellation is required for reimbursement of the deposit.
5. You will be contacted to finalize a menu, establish the service charge if applicable and review the banquet contract.

General Policies

1. Miguel’s may require a room charge. Certain restrictions apply. See your banquet coordinator for details.
2. Monday through Thursday is the most convenient time to reserve your banquet. Miguel’s generally does not except banquets on Friday, Saturday or Sunday due to peak business levels. Unfortunately, Miguel’s does not make exceptions.
3. Miguel’s does not allow D.J.’s or live bands.

If a signed contract, a deposit and verbal confirmation are not received by the set date, the event will be subject to cancellation and all space will be released.

Miguel’s does not have a standard banquet menu. You are encouraged to contact the banquet coordinator to discuss your next event.
