Corona Banquet Facilities and Information Guide
RESERVATIONS: Miguel’s California Mexican Cocina gladly accepts reservations. Reservations can be made for any day of the week including weekends & holidays. A $50.00 deposit is required for parties of 25 or larger. The deposit will be deducted from your check the day of your event.
PRIVATE ROOM RESERVATIONS: Miguel’s California Mexican Cocina has a private dining facility that requires a minimum of 10 guests and seats a maximum of 13 guests per fire code.
We will gladly take reservations for our private room if both Miguel’s restaurant & our appreciated guest agree to the instituted disclaimer guidelines:
- A $50.00 Non-refundable deposit is due when the private room is reserved. This deposit will be utilized towards your dining experience and deducted from your check at the time of your reservation. If, for any reason, the reservation gets cancelled or the minimum required guests are not here, the deposit is non-refundable.
- There is a 2-hour time limit on the private room. All reservations will be checked in by a manager upon arrival and provided a 2-hour time frame to enjoy their dining experience with us!
- The reservation time will only be held for 15 minutes after the scheduled reservation. If the guest is running late or has not shown up, we reserve the right to utilize our 1st come 1st serve policy for this private room and the deposit will be non-refundable.
- Reservations will only be scheduled 2 ½ hours apart from each other in an effort to properly clean & maintain the private room for a Great Dining Experience!
- The room will only be reserved for guests that are dining at Miguel’s and will not be reserved for private meetings or gatherings if the guests do not intend to dine with us If guests reserve the room but do not care to dine with Miguel’s, a $20.00 per person charge will be assessed on top of the deposit.
- Both the disclaimer & the deposit must be received prior to confirming a private room reservation.
Private Banquets 60 +
- The minimum guarantee is 60 guests. Your guaranteed number of guests is due two (2) business days prior to your function date. Maximum room capacity is 100 guests.
- If the banquet is less than the minimum guests, a charge for each plate & beverage up to 60 guaranteed will be assessed.
- The banquet room will not be reserved on Friday or Saturday evenings between 3:00PM and closing. The room is utilized for regular dining during those times.
- A 50% deposit of the banquet amount is required and is due at the time of booking.
- A set menu is required for all parties, including children, sorry, no exceptions. You can choose any item off of our regular menu & everyone will be served the same entrée. Pricing based off of standard menu pricing. (Beverages are an additional charge)
- A buffet style banquet is also available, which includes Miguel’s Combination Fajitas, Cheese enchiladas, rice, beans, homemade guacamole, sour cream, salsa, chips and tortillas. This option is $18.49 per person. (Beverages are an additional charge)
General Policies
- There is no charge for the room. Only food & beverage.
- Payment will be processed with one check only, NO separate checks.
- An 18% gratuity and 7.75% sales tax will be included in the banquet amount.
- There is a maximum of 2 hours time limit on reserving the room.
- A 48-hour notice of cancellation is required for reimbursement of the deposit.
- Miguel’s does not allow D.J.’s or live bands.
- Miguel’s does not package extra/ of left over banquet food to go.
- Miguel’s charges a $10.00 corkage fee for each bottle of Wine or Champaign.
- Miguel’s charges a $10.00 cake cutting/ service fee.
